Línea PAS is a Puerto Rico-based crisis counseling and emotional support helpline. it is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Organization dedicated to providing support to women and the LGBTQ+ community. They have a 24/7 helpline for victims of domestic and gender-based violence.

Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, text-based mental health support and crisis intervention. Services are provided in English and Spanish.
2-1-1 Helpline United Way of Puerto Rico
Connect with around 4,000 private and government institutions with resources that address problems such as the need for medical equipment, substance use unemployment, gender violence, abandonment of the elderly, lack of housing, clothing or food, among others. Service is available Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
